Falta mantenimiento en pintura. Destaco muy especialmente la atenición del personal de restaurant. Daniela Sanchez. Sebastían Lara, Romima Silva, y Gerardo Campos . Son excelentes y te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo mejor de todo .Los de recepción no estas a la altura del hotel.

We really liked the cabin they gave us, however the bidet was leaking, therefore they had to give us another room, and it had pretty much the same issue, also the bathroom had a hole on the floor and it started leaking while we were taking a bath, the breakfast was pretty good though, however the pictures they put on ******* are not as realistic as the actual property, what we did not like at all is the fact that they put spas, jacuzzis and when we arrived we were hoping to be able to relax on the sauna or jacuzzi and they told us we had to pay on order to able to take advantage of those amenities.

El hotel es hermoso..la habitacion en suite es enorme..con balcon muu grande ..luminosa..las instalaciones son muy lindas y el.reataurant es una de las cosas por las que volveria sin dudar...todo la comida es de chef exquisita y con muy buenos precios!!! Volveremos

Estuvimos alojados este último finde semana, para el festejo de un familiar de su cumpleaños.La mayoría (11) en las habitaciones del hotel y otros (4) en una cabaña.Todo estuvo muy bien, muy bien atendidos por el personal, muy bien las instalaciones, Excelente el desayuno.Y quiero destacar la atención de Hernán, Daiana, Romina y el pelado que no le sé el nombre.Tiene una muy buena pileta externa y una climatizada interna además de Casino.Hermosa experiencia, volvería sin dudarlo!!!

El hotel de esta quedando en el tiempo. Los empleados tienen la actitud que son los dueños del lugar, y que te están haciendo un favor al atenderte. El mantenimiento no es bueno, típico de personal que hace las cosas a su gusto, y no a conveniencia del cliente. El wifi nunca anduvo, salvo en la oficina donde están todos los empleados

Precioso. El entorno súper lindo. Ideal para parejas y pasar unos días de descanso sin salir del hotel. Todos los empleados súper atentos dispuestos a acompañar al huésped. A la noche los fines de semana tienen una propuesta de comida al asador muy rica. Quien la prepara tiene una onda espectacular. Te sentis como en familia. El restaurant es rico, con comida abundante y si queres hacer algo, podes caminar por la viña e ir al ****** de forma recreativa. La verdad que una muy buena opción precio-calidad. Un placer visitarlos! Los felicito!

Paisaje hermoso de Mendoza, con amplios ventanales de hotel, cabañas, y spa. Personal cordial, comida tradicional y exquisita. Ambas piletas amplias limpias, spa muy completo, las cabañas amplias aunque tienen utensillos muy basicos para cocinar

Muy bueno! Vistas hermosas, desayuno variado y super completo. Lo más lindo del hotel el entorno en el que esta implantado y la cantidad de servicios que ofrece. Lo unico que deben mejorar un poco es la calidad del restaurant
