Good location

Second time staying and everything was wonderful, good staff, a beautiful view and pleasant weather

Hotel well located, breakfast very good with variety, I just think they could start changing the beds, I have the impression that they are sinking towards the side of the pillow. But I recommend the hotel.

Worst experience of life! Escape from this disgusting hotel. When I arrived in room 810, I saw that there was a wet towel in the bathroom. I called the maid who apologized and removed the towel. Immediately when using the toilet I noticed that the shower had feces in it. A real disgusting!! In other words, the room had not been cleaned. It was already 10 pm. I called reception and they changed rooms. I was placed in 820. When I arrived and checked the room, as if everything I had already gone through wasn't enough, I saw that there was no light. The attendant went there and changed the light bulb. In fact, he made a compromise so that we would have light. I went to take a shower feeling horribly disgusted by this hotel and when I lay down on the bed, amazingly, the sheets and pillows were full of hair. Again the room had clearly not been changed and cleaned. In other words, don't stay at this hotel. Photo below of the disgusting thing I found. I didn't even receive an apology.

Similar to a convenient hotel in China, the room is relatively small, with a window, and the items are relatively simple, there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, paper cup, or slippers. Small desk. The breakfast is not much, but it tastes good. Clean and soundproof.

I liked the hotel, it is well located and has a good infrastructure. The rooms are clean and spacious. The shower is excellent. I would come back again and again.

The purpose of the trip was just to be close to an event that was happening in Vitória. In addition to having really enjoyed the event itself, I also had an incredible experience at the hotel. Hotel location, room amenities and excellent breakfast.

Very honest hotel. Traditional breakfast. It is well located just a few meters from the hortomarket where I found Santa Terezinha, a traditional cachaçaria from ES that has its store in the warehouse. I recommend it as one of the first visits as it is very close. Igor and Mr. Adwalter from the cachaçaria are great people. Good value for money hotel.

Hotel with excellent value for money. The very central location is affected by homeless people. But if, like me, you plan outside the center, it's excellent.
