My room was on the 6th 654th floor, the room was too small, the toilet was in a tiny place that couldn't even be placed properly. The shower location is the same. I complained to reception, they did a routine cleaning of the AP, but nothing helped. As for service, I only had contact with the Hotel staff upon arrival and at the time of complaining about an intense bad smell. On the way out, a man just told me to put the cards in a box and nothing else. If you look at the security cameras in the hallway, you'll see us leaving and arriving at the room holding our noses due to the bad smell of cigarettes. As for the coffee, very good, although I paid R$105.00 reais per day to drink coffee; It was 3 days and I only took it 2 days, leaving R$105.00 reais paid without drinking coffee, because on Sunday we left there at 6am and the coffee started at 7am. I'm personally allergic to the smell of cigarettes, and my stomach felt bad every day I was at the hotel, including right now, here in my house, I'm smelling that horrible smell of old nicotine permeating, I don't wish that on anyone, nicotine allergy impregnated is terrible.
