My god…we booked this hotel because our flight was delayed and we missed our train. We arrived at the gate of the hotel and wasn’t given a pin to open the gate, luckily some guests were hanging out outside and let us in. We entered the lobby and there was no one working the front, apparently they send everyone home. The pin they gave us to open the safe for our keys didn’t work. At one point there were about 15-20 people in the lobby trying to get keys and none of their codes worked. There was no number to call for help. Luckily, after about 20 minutes of everyone trying their codes, one of them worked and we could open the safe. Everyone’s keys are in the same safe. So if you wanted to take other people’s keys, you can and there would be no one to call to get into your own room. The rooms are ok. There’s a refrigerator and microwave. But everything is pretty dirty. The maid left her log sheet, mop, and mop bucket in my closet, I’m guessing it’s rarely used. The shower door fell off before me and was just leaned up against the wall. There aren’t any restaurants open near us to get food. So we ordered some MacDonald’s to the hotel. Same problem at the gate. Didn’t have the access code so trying to get the delivery was a pain. If you don’t care about location, cleanliness, or customer service, this is the place for you!

The stay went well. I arrived at night and luckily found someone who let me into reception where I called a phone number and followed the instructions to check in. The room was large and the night was fine.

The front desk person was very friendly and pleasant. The room is great. Perfect for a long stay with laundry facilities and all the necessary comforts. For flying, it may not be ideal if your flight is early in the morning as the first bus doesn't come until 6 am and the hotel is still a bit far from the airport. Otherwise it was perfect.

What a disappointment ..... So I can understand and hear the fact that this hotel is a 2 star and that the price is low .... But beyond having a questionable and stained shower curtain which dates a priori from the opening of the hotel, in the same shower a shower head that does not hold, not to mention a used disposable razor, left on top of the mirror... Yuck🤮. In the rest of the apartment, yellow traces of je ne sais quoi, traces of colored pencils are on the wall of the living room as well as a cleanliness on the floor once again leaving something to be desired. The bedding in the living room is soft and uncomfortable, not to mention the air conditioning which is not even capable of cooling a 15m² room. In short, a room in the image of a hotel oscillating between negligence and the abandonment of the maintenance of this one (broken decoration and on the floor and inside of the broken elevator). In short, if you really have no choice of another hotel or if you really can't afford a hotel room worthy of the name.... Avoid this hotel 😉

Hôtel appart city très bien situé a proximité de l'aéroport de Marseille. Personnel sympathique. Malheureusement l'établissement est vieillissement et un sérieux rafraîchissement des chambres et parties communes est indispensable.
