房間寬敞明亮， 枕頭和床都舒服， 窗外景色優美， 離機場非常近， 有酒店班車Tribe 5€ 每人， 機場5號出口接。

酒店很乾凈，離機場很近，但是衞生間的洗手盆要吐槽一下，太淺了，下水又慢，非常不實用。床感覺太高了，上下不太方便。房間充電插座充足。商務出行好選擇。

這是一家非常可怕和糟糕的酒店！他們的管理非常混亂：1. 給我的房卡打不開房門，這導致我從房間到前台至少來回了三次！2. 雖然這家酒店和機場很近，但依然需要乘車才可以到達。酒店有shuttle bus，但客人必須提前預約，不然沒有位置。然而我在前台詢問交通問題時，並沒有得到這一關鍵訊息！於是我不得不臨時叫出租車。我不介意額外花錢，但不告知這麼重要的事項是極不專業的。我選擇這家酒店就是為了很早去機場，如果打不到車、又沒有shuttle bus，我將陷入可怕的境地。那麼我預訂它的意義是什麼？可能就是折騰自己吧。當我三次打不開房門時，我還約見了值班經理，他態度誠懇讓我覺得還行，我甚至給了小費。但當我得知沒有預約shuttle bus就沒有座位時，我真的很生氣：這嚴重影響了行程！這絕不是一家四星級連鎖酒店應有的水平！ Questo è un hotel davvero terribile e pessimo! La loro gestione è estremamente caotica: 1. La tessera magnetica che mi hanno dato non apriva la porta della stanza, costringendomi ad andare avanti e indietro dalla reception almeno tre volte! 2. Anche se l’hotel è vicino all’aeroporto, è comunque necessario prendere un mezzo. L’hotel offre una navetta, ma bisogna prenotarla in anticipo altrimenti non ci sono posti. Tuttavia, quando ho chiesto informazioni sui trasporti, non mi hanno comunicato questa informazione fondamentale! Alla fine ho dovuto chiamare un taxi all’ultimo momento. Non mi dispiace spendere di più, ma non avvertire i clienti è estremamente poco professionale. Ho scelto questo hotel perché dovevo arrivare molto presto in aeroporto: senza taxi e senza navetta sarei rimasto bloccato. Allora qual è il senso di prenotare questo hotel? Forse solo per complicarmi la vita. Quando per tre volte non sono riuscito ad aprire la porta, ho chiesto il manager di turno: il suo atteggiamento sincero mi ha fatto sentire un po’ meglio, tanto che ho lasciato anche una mancia. Ma quando ho scoperto che senza prenotazione non avevo un posto sulla navetta, mi sono arrabbiato davvero: questo ha rovinato il mio viaggio. Questo non è il comportamento di un hotel a quattro stelle di una catena internazionale! This is a truly terrible and awful hotel! Their management is extremely chaotic: 1. The room key card they gave me didn’t open the door, forcing me to go back and forth between my room and the front desk at least three times! 2. Although the hotel is close to the airport, you still need transportation to get there. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but guests must book it in advance or there will be no seats. However, when I asked the front desk about transportation, they never told me this crucial information! As a result, I had to call a taxi at the last minute. I don’t mind paying extra, but not informing guests about such an important detail is extremely unprofessional. I chose this hotel because I needed to get to the airport very early: without a taxi and without the shuttle bus, I would have been in a terrible situation. So what is the point of booking this hotel? Maybe just to torture myself. When I couldn’t open the door three times, I asked to meet the duty manager; his sincere attitude made me feel a bit better and I even gave a tip. But when I later discovered I didn’t have a seat on the shuttle bus because I hadn’t pre-booked, I was really angry: this seriously affected my trip. This is absolutely not how a four-star chain hotel should operate!
