Останавливались в гостинице два раза, потому, что понравилось. Очень доброжелательный персонал, большая удобная парковка с заездом по улице с односторонним движением. Прекрасное расположение, достопримечательности можно сказать, в шаговой доступности. Номер со всеми удобствами. При гостинице ресторан с хорошей кухней

Отдыхаем здесь уже второй раз. Спа, отель, ресторан все на уровне! Отлично, вежливо, быстро!!! Всем советую!!! Тихая улица и до исторического центра пару шагов. Кухня в ресторане очень понравилась, соотношение цена-качество очень порадовало!

Чисто, комфортно- да (+1 звезда).Сотрудники на обслуживании- милые, приветливые- да (+1 звезда). А вот далее: Покупали сертификат на 4 человека с полной программой спа - при продаже сертификата нас не уведомили, что одновременно 4 человека с установленным лимитом времени на 1 человека пройти полную программу спа это не реально (т.е. больше двух не собирайтесь) и сертификат без зазрения совести был нам продан (продали, зная ньюансы -1 звезда) . При бронировании даты посещения 4 человек, при регистрации в день посещения нам не сказали, что из-за того, что нас 4 человека+лимит по времени программа спа процедур будет урезана (не предупредили, что программа будет сокращена -1 звезда). В итоге программа спа процедур была урезана, деньги взяли в полном обьеме как за полную программу (взяли оплату за не полностью оказанные услуги-1 звезда).

Отелем, рестораном и спа довольна на 100%! Отдельное спасибо массажисту Михаилу за проведенную программу «золотого ухода»! Отношение к клиенту деликатное и внимательное, юмор ненавязчивый, рассказал все про золотой скраб, потом сделал потрясающий энергетический массаж с глубокими продавливаниями, сильными, но безболезненными разминаниями, очень аккуратно сделал голени, которые у меня обычно чувствительные. Очень интересная техника массажа, рекомендую!

Рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Потому что он находится в историческом центре города на тихой улочке. Прекрасный шведский стол на завтрак: на выбор запеканка, омлет, сосиски, котлеты, блинчики, макароны, каши, кофе, чай, нарезки, фруктовый салат, овощи и т.д. Отдельных слов восхищения заслуживает SPA зона: прекрасный бассейн, джакузи, сауна и хамам. Можно отдохнуть после бассейна в соляной комнате и попить травяной чай, заботливо приготовленный сотрудниками. Массажисты отрабатывают сеанс честно и добросовестно. Весь персонал внимательный и вежливый. В отеле есть стоянка для автомобилей. Номер чистейший. Слова благодарности всем сотрудникам!
