中國團簽的小夥伴不要訂了！！
標準間的圖片跟現場的不一致！！
入住辦了2個小時，一開始説訂的房型沒有雙床房。
升級房間也沒有！通知攜程介入後，攜程溝通後升級房間，就有房！！攜程願意補差價！原來酒店前台需要補9000盧布差價，攜程也願意補。但最後酒店收了4000盧布，
然後…..複印護照。要求我們提供團簽，導遊複印過來後又説我們酒店地址不是他們酒店！我們一團都是自由行，大家各自訂酒店都不一樣。大家都沒有這個問題，就我們4個遇到這個問題。
然後一連4天都提心吊膽！酒店在房間裏面放領事館要改簽證地址！根本是不可能的事！搞到直接想換酒店，但酒店一直沒同意我們換。
反正就是各種煩心事。
最後，攜程服務真的是100分，全程跟進，幾天客服都很盡心盡力。奈何，俄服務人員效率低下。
房間洗手間太小了，門沒法打開的，

出來旅行，住的第一家酒店，房間夠大，設施還行，沒瓶裝水，床太軟，大床是雙拼的，早餐過於貴（人民幣150元/真的不是太好）

Очень маленький номер на двоих, очень темно, можно ослепнуть в номере, ванные принадлежности на одного гостя, правда по запросу все предоставили, для такого отеля не было даже халатов, но пастель шикарная.

訂了1雙床房+1大床房，先説雙床房，非常小，宿舍床的大小，拖鞋、洗漱用品、毛巾等都是一人份；大床房也是，用品都是一人份。牙刷硬，刷了痛，牙齦出血，最好自備。房間裏面很香很香，鼻炎患者戴好沖鼻器。
