Nous sommes arrivée à 12h pour le chek In la chambre n’être pas prête. De retour après une balade nous avons la chambre . Déjà cela commence par l’ascenseur les femmes de chambres ce sont empresser de monter au lieu de laisser les clients bref….. La chambre un horreur lavabo casser douche casser drap sale fils électrique sur le balcon cheveux au sol

The most unfriendly hotel wev'e ever used. The manager never spoke or smiled once in a fortnight. Poorly stocked breakfast bar and made to pay for coffee refills. Guests not allowed into restaurant/bar in the evenings. Room safe not working and fixtures missing from bathroom.

We had to leave early because we found bugs in the room, the bathroom smelled terrible and the air conditioner was broken. It was impossible to stay so we had to leave early. The manager was also terrible rude, ge gave us a small fan because the AC did not work (it was 40°C wheather) and told us, if you dont like it, leave. They deserve to close.

We found bugs, in the room, it was filthy and disgusting. The air condition was broken in 40°C weather. The manager was rude, dismissive and insulting. We had to leave early as it was impossible to stay in such conditions. I would never press foot here again

Terrible experience,air conditioner does not work,lift looks unsafe and did not work well. Half of the menu in the restaurant is not available. Terrible experience, the manager did not took responsibility about the room with air conditioning problems.

I visited this hotel with my family, and I booked my room to also include the facilities for a disabled person, since they adverstise it on their web page. In contrary to what they say, the room that I booked was out of service, including that the AC was not working. We had to move to another room until they repaired the AC. After we returned back to the room that I booked, the AC that was supposed to be fixed, broke midnight. The familiy member that is disabled has problems with the heat. It was a painful experience for the family member. The hotel management excuse was that we should have left the first day that the room was out of service, and made use pay for the days that we did not stay in the room that I reserved. Such a bad experience for staying in this hotel, even if you are seeking to visit it with a disabled person.

The worst service ever. They even did not care about rooms freshness or cleanness. I will not recommend this hotel because it's not worth of it. If you want to have the best holidays of your life, this hotel is the worst choice. The staff did not care about our complains at all.

Terrible service, no communication at all. One of my family members is disabled, I payed extra for the disabled room, the AC was not working and they said they didn’t care enough and we could go home if we didn’t like the room. The manager didn’t approve the reimbursement after we left around 12 am at midnight.
