Теперь об отеле. Пожалуй, на 4 звезды тянет только укомплектованность номеров. Тут никаких вопросов. Все, что заявлено - в наличии. Если решите остановиться здесь - халат, тапки, бритву и зубную щетку можете не брать с собой. Все в есть. Удачное расположение. Самый центр. Ну и все о хорошем. Заселение - дали ключ, и слава Богу. Никаких пожеланий, рекомендаций. Даже о неработающем терминале не предупредили. Матрас жуткий. Все пружины чувствуешь от головы до пят. Душевая кабина очень уставшая, прям совсем. Про ужин в ресторане отеля я писал отдельный отзыв. Завтраки, в плане обслуживания, проходят также. Еда вкусная, все свежее. Хлеб из Пятёрочки - за гранью добра и зла. Когда выезжали, у нас даже не поинтересовались понравилось нам или нет. Абсолютное равнодушие.

Хочу сказать большое спасибо вашему отелю!Проживали в Новогодние праздники.Интерьер отеля просто шикарный!Номера бесподобные,мебель очень красивая!Постельное белье божественное!В номере есть мини бар заполненный ,это большой плюс!Персона отеля очень вежливый!Девушка на рецепшен приятная и всегда поможет.Управляющая отеля всегда контролирует все.Рестора в отеле очень красивый,а какая кухня,соответствует хорошим ресторанам!Отель оправдывает себя на все 200%!Расположение тоже прекрасное,есть куда выйти погулять!!!Обязательно вернёмся ещё!!Спасибо!

Хорошее расположение отеля, прямо в центре города! Нам повезло и мы попали на день города и салют смотрели с балкона отеля в первых рядах, было здорово! Номера просторные, все сделано со вкусом, у нас было три номера и они отличались друг от друга! Приветливый персонал, отличный бармен! У нас была большая компания и мы хотели выпить вина, выбор был небольшой и все было в одном экземпляре! В номере был неприятный запах, я думаю это может быть от ковролина или штор.

Недалеко от кремля, рядом с центральным сквером. Тихий район. Все достопримечательности близко. Уютные номера в классическом английском старомодном стиле. Чисто. Приветливый персонал. Разрешено проживание с собаками за дополнительную плату.
