Nous étions en voyage organisé, bel accueil, chambre agréable, propre, balcon, vue sur la mer de loin, tranquille car rue transversale, tout y était, literie confortable, petit-déjeuner complet, personnel serviable, un hôtel situé central, très clair, je recommande.

Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που επισκεφτήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο, έχει γίνει ανακαίνιση στην reception , στο χώρο του πρωινού και στο μπάνιο του δωματίου. Πολύ καθαρό και οι υπάλληλοι ευγενέστατοι . Στα αρνητικά θα έλεγα ότι στα δωμάτια θα έπρεπε να γίνει ανακαίνιση , και στο πρωινό θα μπορούσαν να έχουν περισσότερα πράγματα . Η τιμή του καλή. Είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο της πόλης εμείς με τα πόδια βγαίναμε .

This is a 2 star hotel in Volos city! If you want a cheap and descent stay for a few nights it would be a good choice. The rooms are the same as before, except the rennovated bathrooms and doors. New breakfast area and bigger variety than before but still a really simple one. +Pet friendly is a plus for me... +Really good and kind staff. +Good price for its amenities. -Needs new matresses and pillows. -Needs a parking (maybe)

The owner of the business is literally saved by his staff because if he kept the business alone he would not survive a single day with his audacity and rudeness and mainly with the competition and behavior that other accommodations have right next to him! We are two people and we watch football on the TV next to the reception and he suggested us to put on a mask without any respect as customers of his business he addressed us as if we are old friends-we are not -We know that he inherited the business from his family so it does not "burn" to establish relationships with customers but respect is non-negotiable in such companies. The rooms have renovated toilets but only that, our bed creaks as if five people are lying down at the same time, it is impossible to sleep without earplugs We thank the staff warmly but we will never return to this accommodation again!

we decided for three days to go to volos and we chose filippos for its reasonable price. the entrance to the hotel prepares you for something very good. the rooms with renovated bathrooms, cleanliness change of towels daily but with old mattresses that you can not sleep .the breakfast is very simple without imagination.
