I recently stayed at Radisson and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00, but I ended up waiting until 15:30 to get my room. This delay was extremely frustrating as I was looking forward to resting after a long journey. The waiting time was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. Despite this setback, the staff were polite and tried their best to assist, but it didn’t make up for the inconvenience caused. First experiences are crucial as they create lasting impressions, and sadly, this one was disappointing. Due to this poor experience, I will not be booking here again. I hope the management takes note of this issue and improves their check-in process to prevent such delays in the future.
