Where should I start... The pool in the garden room was dirty! We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and we have our room cleaned only once! We called reception and asked them to clean our room. They said will inform the cleaning staff, and they will sort it out in around 15 minutes. They never did. We had one bottle of complimentary water for 4 days (they should provide one every single day). When we first arrived in the room, there was no shampoo or other shower amenities. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor! The breakfast was very good, and that's why I'm giving 1 star. The breakfast saved the hotel. We sat at a table for breakfast, and none of the salt shakers were working. I asked the waitress to bring us one that is working. I almost finished my breakfast before I had to remind her again. With an angry face, she finally brought us a good one. There were no waitresses available for orders at the pool. This is the worst "5-star" hotel I have ever been to!

I recently stayed at Radisson and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00, but I ended up waiting until 15:30 to get my room. This delay was extremely frustrating as I was looking forward to resting after a long journey. The waiting time was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. Despite this setback, the staff were polite and tried their best to assist, but it didn’t make up for the inconvenience caused. First experiences are crucial as they create lasting impressions, and sadly, this one was disappointing. Due to this poor experience, I will not be booking here again. I hope the management takes note of this issue and improves their check-in process to prevent such delays in the future.

Maybe it is because its a new hotel. The Radisson Blu at Larnaca had always been an example of proffesionalism. Thats not the case though with the Resorts. Many employees couldnt speek greek or english so we could not communicate at all with them. We had 2 unexpected visits during our 2 night stay in our room. First day the cleaning lady came in without even knocking because she was not informed that the room was given to guests and the 2nd day a guy came to bring us towels when we never asked for towels. We asked to book a massage but it was not possible. From the first day the reception told us that there is massage available but not spa, so we called to book a massage and the massage personel could not be reached by the hotel. Also cleaning of the room was poor and the bed frame was damaged. The hotel has no restaurants yet also just the breakfast area, the lounge bar and the pool bar which was also disappointing for a 5star/200euro per night hotel. It is the first time we are not sattisfied by a Radisson hotel.
