Large hotel with basic facilities, has the Westfield shopping mall nearby which has most shops. However far away from city centre, requiring frequent trip by Uber or train.

The whole wall of the room is a mirror. Facing the bed. There is a construction site outside the window. The location is extremely remote. It is basically a hotel for tourist groups.

The hotel's restaurant waiters are not very friendly to Asian guests

It's a pretty good hotel. It's very convenient for friends and shopping malls. The hotel's facilities are pretty good and the hotel's arrangements are decent. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. It's very close and very convenient! If you are going to have a meeting or travel nearby, I recommend staying at this hotel. The service staff are also very warm and polite!

The hotel looks very good. It is located near the SCS, but you need a little patience to get into the city. The rooms are kept very clean and nothing is lacking in terms of amenities. The path to the wellness area is like a labyrinth, but once you have crossed it, you can be prepared for something. A pleasantly warm pool both outside and inside, a steam room, a sauna and a cold pool await you here. There is also a small fitness room.

The hotel is just super !!! I will definitely return to it !!! I didn’t even expect it to be so super !!!! all the photos on the site correspond to it! there is something to compare, but this one was really a delight! there is a direct desire to return to them and relax, and I will do it! a huge bright room! clean! Very clean, nice hotel

es war sehr schönes Hotal zu beleiben. ich empfehle Ihr das Hotel aber es ist weiter enfernt vom Zentrum.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff were so rude, unfriendly and dismissive. Restaraunt and bar understaffed and took 45 to 60 minutes to serve you and take your order. No tea or coffee making facilities in your room so had to wait until the restaraunt was open before you could have one.

The rooms are well kept and maintained, but there are no kettles or any other conveniences in the room. The lobby is well decorated and presented. However, they are hopelessly under staffed to the point that when we arrived on the 13/09/2024 none of the restaurants were opened for dinner. We were asked to go to the bar for dinner, but there were only 3 staff working. We waited for 45 minutes and left without being served. There was also no Room Service available. When we asked for an adapter, we were refused. We didn't see any of the staff smile in the 2 days were there. It's a pity to get such poor service in a beautiful hotel
