Could do better
The building was of a good standard but the hotel lacked the friendly approach to their guests. On arrival at 16.30 we found the door locked and had to wait for it to be opened. The hotel listed a restaurant but no evening meal was available. There was no information on times of breakfast or restaurants nearby. Although the hotel is in a beautiful location the hotel totally lacked character.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel restaurant juste les petits déjeuners il faut chercher un restaurant pour les repas!!!le personnel est peu efficace,jamais personne!!!nous avons unechambre avec une fenêtre minuscule ne donnant sur.....rien !!!

Le Moulin Simonis is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. The staff are friendly, however the facilities are not as advertised. The restaurant was closed on the night we stayed and the bar & reception closed early evening. This wouldn’t have been an issue, had the listing not advertised these facilities. This is less a hotel, more a guest house / b&b.

Heel rustig gelegen, niemand aanwezig bij aankomst, wat jammer is daar men kan inchecken tussen 16 uur en 18uur. Ontbijt op zondagmorgen was zeer teleurstellend, kommetje met fruit was absoluut niet meer om op te eten en 1 voor 2 personen, cornflakes 1 voor 2 personen, was denk ik helaas voor ons iets misgelopen, Ontbijt op maandagmorgen was weer in orde alles voor 2 personen aanwezig. Men kan er helaas s'avonds niets meer drinken, een fles water en 2 glazen op de kamer zou daarom gemakkelijk zijn, maar er is ook niets op de kamer voorzien om te drinken.
