Ac not working properly because of power cut as per hotel staff but only one ac working all time in reception area rat mein agar aapke room mein ac nahi chalta to aap reception area mein aak apni rat kat sakte hain very poor service

The stay in the hotel was pleasant. Staff and food is good with very rate efficient. Cost of the room is high though rooms are equipped with all facilities but they need to be renovated. Hotel is located to banke bihari temple which is also good and they have their own parking

Bed damage but not change. Bathroom exhaust fan not work. R o not working. Vacant room are available but not change room. I think this all happened due to booking via mm t.

The property is well known and in a posh area everything is close near the hotel
the rooms are okay the paint is not that great the washroom tap water continue-sly leaks no jet spary room service is very good though staff is very friendly and nice
food taste is amazing no dressing tables
just a door of a dressing table with mirror all over its was nice to stay

Overpriced. It was just ok. Don't call it a hotel, ********** would be nice. The staff behaviour was not bad, the staff was good. The location is very good. Below average amenities.
