Most of the staff is ignorant towards guests and hotel services, they are just working for salary, bathroom fixtures need cleaning, Window glasses are dirty and aluminum panels are clogged, rooms are good, furniture too is good but it seems there is no one looking for shortcomings

Property was very clean and located very close to the temple. The food was quite good and hospitality was amazing.

Cleanliness issue- bathroom was dirty, bed sheets had stains, floor was not cleaned. Room service issue- towels not provided, dental kit not provided, bathing sop not provided. Tv- most of the channels were not subscribed and was not working. Electric kettle- kettle was smelling as if not cleaned since it was bought. Window panels was terribly dirty.
