There was no room service, they directly denied, no water, no light in the washroom, no tv. Most of all the attitude they were showing was like a minister standing over.

Location is ok but unhygienic rooms. Bathroom is horribly dirty and stinking. They don't have even water or tea supplies in room.

We have booked for two night stay. But the hotel staff was very unimpressive. After cheak in we reached at our booked room, found very poor classes bed sheets, blanket. No towel was there, bathroom was very terrible condition with bad smell and also hand wash not there. After talking about all these to staff thay told these would not be provided due to guest house policy. Very unexpected experience entire my stay. Please don't book this property.

the best part of this hotel is location .
it's just behind the iskon temple.
the hotel staff is very good although it's an old property but the rooms are big and bed are comfortable.

you have to ask for towel and soap then they will give u, u will have to go urself for filling water in the jug. lights also went out in the morning. toilet seat was not clean properly. just for the sake that it was behind iscon i took it and location wise it is the best property.
