Good location. The building is very new with modern design
Everything good except the lift. There not so many lift for so many customers to use. Waiting time can be long. Pool is nice but small.

Location is great, 5 mins from the beach, but not to many restaurants around the room is nice and chill but the elevator situation can be annoying…. But would recommend the host is super helpful and the balcony is chill

We had cockroaches in our apartment and the host didn’t want to refund the two nights that we cancelled early. They did offer a different apartment but it’s in the same block so would have the same infestation. We did eventually get a refund via trip,
They have 4 lifts but each lift only services certain floors so you will wait 20 minutes just to get downstairs as when the lift arrives it will be full and u cannot enter.
The fire alarm went off one night and we had to walk down from the 14th floor. Bare this in mind if you are booking higher floors.
The swimming pool is also on the top floor ( 36) but it will take you 2 lifetimes to get up there as the lift is always full and we eventually had to take the stairs after waiting 30 minutes

You initially booked for 5 nights, stayed for 3 nights, then reported that the room had cockroaches. We apologized and offered to clean your room, but you did not allow us to enter. You didn't check out until after 5pm. We did not collect any additional fees and still gave you a full refund. But now, you say: I don't want a refund. This is absolutely not true.

I'm very sorry about the fire alarm problem you encountered. BUT I hope you understand: When there is a smoke alarm, the first thing the fire alarm system must do is ring. This proves that the building has a very good fire notification system, and it ensures safety for everyone.

The apartment was nice on the 27 floor! In the apartment there was not much things for use! No glasses, no forks, no toaster! The best of all is the use of the pool! Really big and relaxing! Lot of shops around, no need to search!

It's a resort condominium version of what we call private lodging in Japan, and I had a hard time checking in because they didn't speak any English, let alone Japanese.
I managed to get in using the translator at reception.
For check-out, I just had to leave the key in the room and leave within the time limit. This may depend on the owner's style.
There are four elevators in each building, but each elevator only goes to certain floors, so I had to wait quite a while to check in.
I had a hard time figuring out how to use the washing machine, but after a few tries I was able to figure it out.

I stayed in other accommodations in the same apartment for 2 nights, but this one is better.
Most accommodations have TVs made in China, but I was very satisfied when I saw that the TV was Samsung. There are a few ants, so it's perfect as long as you pay a little attention to hygiene.
