Nice Hotel in a good location, the Villa is a good size, clean and tidy. Easy access to the beach and pool, nice touch by the hotel for you name on the board at reception, to welcome new customers. A short walk to a food and play area from the hotel.
Breakfast is good, plenty of choices from cereal, Pho, fruit, eggs and hot food buffet. Menu for lunch and dinner is extensive and portions large, so maybe one between 2 would suffice for lunch.
A good sleep had, unfortunately was woken by a company works exercise at the beach starting at 06.30am - 08.00am with loud music and talking, which lessened the experience, if the hotel would facilitate this in future, either they need to reduce the volume or make it later in the morning, so not affecting paying hotel guests

The price is on the high side, the air-conditioning equipment is finally working after changing rooms for the third time, and the pillows and bed are on the hard side. But the service is pretty good, they are very sincere in solving problems for customers and get compensation.
