The hotel is nice and clean. What makes our stay great is the staff. Specially Phat. He is so kind and helping us always and very good in english!

A very nice stay for a couple days. There was a small problem with a bad smell in my room, but the staff helped find another available room, which was immaculately clean and spacious. The receptionists were all extremely helpful with travel arrangements as well. Good breakfast!

It’s nice hotel in terms of services and location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Near the sea, hotel is good but the breakfast only has few choices. And in room has slippers u can take it outside. That's good.

Had a nice relaxing stay at The Cap. Room was spacious and clean but slightly worn. I did have a good and comfortable sleep however I noticed a couple of holes in the carpet in our room(probably old cigarette burns). Pool was nice but generally in the shade, gym was adequate. Breakfast was a decent selection, nothing spectacular, just above average quality. Hotel is well located , within easy walking distance of Lotte Mart and an SM25 Convenience store. Staff very professional and curteous.

Great Hotel, clean, good breakfast.. the walk to the beach is blocked though. so need to walk further up. 10 minutes away from the carnival which was fun.

Good sound insulation. Located next to the beach and Lotte Mart. Varied breakfasts. The staff speaks excellent English, is polite, and responds immediately to any request. Special thanks to the receptionist Anh Lam who helped us book a transfer to the airport.

Good environment, good breakfast, swimming pool

The hotel is located in Touton Houtan. It feels that the market situation is a bit declining, but the restaurant facilities are very good and the swimming pool is very beautiful... Breakfast was a buffet on the first day. Unfortunately, there were too few people on the second day, so we ordered a meal instead. You can go to the beach nearby , has a great sea view restaurant...worth visiting again

Room booking price is ok, very convenient.^_^
