This place is heaven on earth! It should definitely be a 5 stars hotel! The service is amazing and the whole place pristine. The sound of the waterfalls is so relaxing and so green! I hope to be back someday! They also offer a free shuttle to take you around places and the breakfast s quality was the best! Thank you!

The facilities are very old. The windows in the room cannot be locked and the door cannot be locked. The bathtub in the toilet has not been cleaned and there is toilet paper. The service staff will not take the initiative to help carry the luggage. There is no elevator and you have to take the stairs. The only good thing is Only the swimming pool is good, I hope it can be improved.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Our room spacious with everything we needed. Helpful to have courtesy car and phone. Be mindful that the hotel is on a steep hill.
