The environment is so-so, the room is relatively small, but there is hot water

The accommodation did not provide shampoo but did not inform them about it, which was very poor (the shower gel was not available but there was a small soap), and there was no hair dryer in the room. When I took a shower, I found that the front desk had already closed and there was no one to help. I asked the next day and found out that there was one at the front desk. Hairdryers can be borrowed, but on the first day, the counter staff preferred to sell me about renting a motorcycle and did not care whether the passengers had any needs for toiletries. The spare toilet paper roll in the bathroom even fell on the floor when they entered the room. I thought it was nothing at first, but Later, when I really needed to use it, I didn't dare to use it even if it looked dirty. The hot water in the bath was only enough for one person to rinse. It took a while for the second person to take a bath, and it couldn't even be called warm water. The accommodation experience was so bad that I didn’t even want to take any photos.

Horrible. When you enter the reception it already smells bad but inside the room you can't stand the smell, on top of that you can't ventilate because when you open the window it literally opens onto the floor of a backyard full of rubbish, yes rubbish like the one you throw in the bin. As if that weren't enough, the bathroom is even worse, smells more unpleasant and when you shower a somewhat suspicious brown foam comes out of the drain. The smell that you never get used to. We checked the reviews on TripAdvisor again and surprisingly they have very good reviews, except for room 205, which was ours and apparently there are reviews from a long time ago that say the same thing (a shame I didn't see them before). They don't do anything to fix it. They should close that room. Thank goodness we were only going to sleep, and reluctantly, because we were leaving at 7 in the morning or 12 at night. HORRIBLE!
