I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, starting from the director Mr. Ganga, for the excellent service received in this property. Free upgrade Early check-in Late check-out I traveled from Muscat to Bidiyah by bus (about 3 hours, wifi on board), I found Jaasim on time at the stop who took me to the resort (about 30 min). Huge room equipped with everything you need, fantastic and super abundant food (thanks Chef). Pool Wifi (we are in the desert so sometimes it disconnects) Silence in the evening. Wonderful stay 💖

Located in the heart of the desert after a 27 km track on which you come across camels, this hotel is a real oasis. Five-star comfort, air conditioning, wifi, spacious room and bathroom, incredible swimming pool in this setting, pool bar, perfect welcome, high-quality catering.

Comfort in the desert, the camp consists of hard bungalows in the middle of the dunes, about 30 km from Bidiyah. 4x4 required to get there, not being used to this type of driving we took the escort service to get there, on the way there a driver took the wheel, on the way back I drove following the escort, with deflated tires not very difficult, but at a certain point the track winds between the dunes I was happy to have the escort to guide me. The room is large, the decor is rather rustic for my taste. Friendly and helpful staff. Correct catering, alcoholic drinks available. Swimming pool, very hot water but lack of maintenance during our stay, the water was cloudy but it was caught up later Activities and excursions offered at a high price I find. We paid 50 Riyal to see the sunset at the top of a dune, below which a generator disturbed the magic of the place for a while. Then our driver dropped us off at a Bedouin camp without accompanying us to try to communicate a little with them, we stayed 10 minutes and returned to the camp. Not interesting and very expensive. I recommend if you are in shape to climb a dune near the camp to see the sunset or to go there in a 4x4 if you are used to this type of driving Nevertheless, good memory of this time spent in the desert

Beautiful resort, far away in the desert. The journey there (with a personal driver) was quite an experience. The staff were very, very nice and we even got an upgrade because there weren't many visitors. In the evening we wanted to go out into the desert a bit to experience the desert feeling at night. Unfortunately, the light and noise pollution from the camp is visible and audible and the feeling in the dark desert is not what I imagined. Nevertheless, I would recommend it. The food was good too. Unfortunately, the light from the fire alarm in the suite was too bright all night long, which bothered me.

If you want to enjoy the desert, don't hesitate to choose this hotel! The setting is fantastic, in the middle of the dunes. The rooms are comfortable, large, very clean, and well equipped. Activities are offered by the hotel, including transfer from the city if you don't want to try the track yourself (if you have a real 4x4, no problem). The meals are excellent! Well done chef! The entire staff is adorable!!! A thousand thanks to everyone for your kindness and welcome, including that of the Manager who kindly came to greet us. I was given some nice attentions for my birthday: cake, upgrade. From here, you can make magnificent Sunsets and Sunrises. The swimming pool, in the middle of the desert, heated, is wonderful. Congratulations to the whole Team, everything is perfect 👍🏼 A thousand thanks and don't hesitate to come here! We are leaving tomorrow... and sad to leave this place. ♥️

The journey to the hotel alone is really exciting. We didn't dare drive in the desert ourselves, so we booked a transfer from the hotel for a total of 50 OMR. There are a few signs to the resort, but otherwise there are no great signs in the desert, which is why driving there yourself is quite a challenge. The hotel itself is still very, very new and the complex is really great. The bungalows are very spacious. You can look at the starry sky at night from the terrace. The pool in the desert is also a highlight. The service is also very attentive and friendly. The food was also really delicious and left nothing to be desired. All in all, a great experience that I can only recommend to everyone.
