The hotel is gorgeous- amazing views of the ocean and the open-air lobby is beautiful. Spent a lot of time at the beautiful hotel pools and there is easy access to the beach. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of foods. Overall was a great experience!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Great views. Staff was amazing, in terms of being responsive. Very nice little touches (cool towel and lavender lemonade on check-in, microwave delivered to room, motion activated nightlight in bathroom, custom made omelettes delivered to table instead of having to wait for it). Breakfast buffet was very good and relatively modestly priced. Will absolutely return.

Wonderful resort!! This was my favorite resort of the 3 resorts that we stayed at while on the Hawaii islands for 9 days. Multiple pools and beach are close and easy to access. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. They also have many resort activities you can participate in that are included with your resort fee. Bingo by the pool was fun and they give away prizes like free cocktails, smoothies & appetizers if you win. They gave us a free bottle of champagne since we were celebrating our anniversary. We did the luau here as well, it was great!

Still the best hotel I’ve ever been to in Hawaii. Design of the property is impeccable. Service is amazing (many of the employees have been there since it opened over 10 years ago!). Food is great (if you want a fancy dinner, so the chef’s counter).

We stayed at the Andaz resort for our babymoon and had an amazing experience. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and the resort itself is beautiful! One major highlight was the complimentary 45 minute photo shoot. We wanted to commemorate some maternity pictures, so it was ideal they offered this- and there’s no commitment to purchase any photos if you don’t want to. Our photographer Michael was amazing and did not disappoint! He went above and beyond to ensure we were having fun while capturing beautiful memories. I cannot recommend Michael specifically enough! We had so much fun and he got so many beautiful photos for us that we will cherish forever! Thank you Michael!

My parents took us to this resort last year, and the whole family had a blast. We barely left the resort. It was beautiful, clean and modern. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was excellent for the kids. They spent every day at the pool. Overall, I recommend the Andaz. The one in LA is also very beautiful.
