My recent stay at Manpa Resort was highly disappointing the hotel’s dates condition and lack of friendliness were major letdown. The misleading photos and description led to a feeling of being scammed. I can’t recommend this hotel especially for international tourists seeking a welcoming experience.

Facility : Hotel provide open hot spring to every host and private hot spring with very reasonable price. Both have good view, clean facility and clear instruction Service : All staff are helpful and polite. Welcome message everywhere. Food : tasty and fresh dishes to let you taste Japan everyday. In addition, they introduce to you different sake with very good price. Lastly, staff will introduce to you different dishes so as to understand Japan more.

We absolutely cannot contain our elation when recalling our recent stay at this remarkable hotel. From the moment we stepped into the elevator adorned with personalized name cards, my husband and I were enveloped in the warm embrace of hospitality. The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the staff made us feel like VIP guests. They also thoughtfully provided a bucket for us to indulge in the glowing enchantment of firecrackers and even tidied the mess up afterwards. But the best memory of our stay here was definitely the culinary experience given by the chef extraordinaire — Master Chef Matsuki. His creations were nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. Each dish was a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound respect for the ingredients. Oh, the flavors — titillating all our taste buds in every bite. And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection. The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. So if you seek a hotel experience that transcends mere accommodation and transforms into a symphony of opulence, impeccable service, and culinary artistry, then look no further. The hotel is located on the seaside, and basically every room can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The hotel also has a rich Japanese cuisine for breakfast and dinner, and the hot springs and various facilities are also very good.

This is a very traditional Japanese-style inn, which is very suitable for travelers who want to experience Japanese food culture. Families can also stay at ease. I brought my 80-year-old father and my 70-year-old mother with me. Since there is an elevator to any floor of the hotel, there is no problem in getting in and out. The hotel has many check-in spaces and is very comfortable, making it worth a visit.

The room type is not like the online ordering type. I don’t know if the rooms are randomly allocated. The waiters were very polite. Dinner food was average, but breakfast was a surprise. The room heating is insufficient and a bit cold

It takes about an hour to get to the hotel by bus from Wakayama. The scenery along the way is beautiful. The hotel is right on the seaside. The rooms all face the sea. The dinner and breakfast are also very good.

The room is quite big, the service is attentive, the environment is good, the dinner and breakfast are very good, you can soak in the hot spring and look at the sea view, I will come again next time. The local specialties are very sweet.

The breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and ceremonial, and the service was good and warm and thoughtful. The front desk found that my wife's kimono was a bit big and green, so she took the initiative to take out a smaller pink one. The surrounding scenery is pleasant, and it is best to watch the sunset. It's a pity that the room assigned to us was located in a slightly off-center location. It felt like the rooms in good locations were all vacant. I don't know if it was because we booked on Ctrip or if it was because there was "special treatment" for Chinese people. I encountered many such situations when traveling abroad, and I felt a little regretful. The hot spring water quality is good, but the key is cleanness. But the sauna has been broken for a long time and is a bit dilapidated. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible. There is a shuttle bus from Wakayama JR Station, which is very convenient.

The bath area was spacious and clean, with good quality water, and the open-air bath with a view of the ocean was amazing. The building seems to be quite old, but it has been renovated well, and the restaurant in particular has a calm and elegant feel, and it seems that the staff training is thorough. The food was also delicious, and I could see the effort put in by the head chef, despite the small budget. I would like to stay here again.

Japanese-style hot spring hotel, the hotel has a pick-up at the JR station, but we couldn't catch the shuttle bus and took a taxi to the hotel. The hotel service is very good, breakfast and dinner are exquisite and taste good. The hotel's outdoor hot spring pool offers beautiful views.

There is an endless sea, but unfortunately there is a platform that blocks the view, and only higher-end rooms will be blocked by this platform. The hot spring does not provide small towels, you must bring the towels in the room. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The room was very clean.
