Location 8/10: close to the JR station where the buses are as well. close to a convenient store where you can buy all your necessities. for those who wants to take a taxi, there's one station nearby. Restaurants are a little too far, the closest sento is a little too far. Staff 8/10: mostly self services, teas and water and other stuff near the check in counter. they have staff to clean your beds for your, if you wish (open or close the door to your bed in the morning). facilities 5/5: Shower, sinks, and toilets are very clean. They provide the towels for every night you stay there.

It is a good spot for a solo traveler. Capsules are clean. Towels are provided. There is a small tea and coffee area at the entrance. They also have Chinese-standard plug in the capsule which was handy. Also, I likes the smell of wood. The worst part is that if you come before check-in, nobody is in there, meaning you will have to stroll around and wait for 16:00.

Very close to the station, good health However, the Chinese translation of the instructions in the museum needs to be improved. Toothbrushes etc need to be purchased separately Overall, it’s a good choice to go alone.

It is very close to the station and very convenient. The environment is clean and tidy. There is a bus stop near the hotel that can take you to the airport. It takes 40 minutes to get to the airport. It is very convenient. If I have the opportunity to go to Wakayama, I will want to stay there again.
