The hotel did provide good services, like lending umbrellas and bikes. There is also a staff able to communicate in Chinese

Super nice, luxury, and it linked with JR station and shopping mall. Bike is ready for rent with backbag and safely helmet.

Very good hotel, very near JR station, many restaurant nearby, must stay here in Wakayama!

This is a well-facilitated hotel with very friendly and helpful room services delivered by the polite staff members. The hotel lobby is very clean with rich color of heritage and indigenous cultures. The nearby shopping and dining restaurants provide delicious and tasteful food. I would like to consume the hotel services again when returning to this wonderful town.

Located just next to the Wakayama JR station, the hotel is nice and inviting. We enjoyed the breakfast, free curry rice for snack from 7pm-8pm and also a drink at their roof terrace. Will recommend to anyone travelling to Wakayama city. There's also a shopping centre next door where you can go to the basement to pick up souvenirs before you take the JR line to Kansai Airport.

My family had a wonderful stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and comfy. The hotel offers a complementary curry rice snack and one free drink, which was an added bonus. The location is also perfect as it’s right next to the JR wakayama station and attached to the mall.

Reception service aervice is excellent, special mention of a Mr Chao (曹) went an extra mile to assist us.....cheerful, helpful guy who speaks Mandarin.
