Everything was perfect. The room, the location, the staff, particularly Jane on reception, who gave us impeccable directions to wherever we wanted to go. We had a fantastic weekend for my husband’s birthday. Well done to all concerned. We look forward to visiting again!

Staff are friendly, but some seem to forget to do things. My colleague had a noisy room so asked to be moved. All Agreed only to find it hadn’t been done and couldn’t be as hotel now full. Rooms dated, floors crack and creak, bathroom water damaged and my tv is next to useless, even take close to minute to change channel or shut off. Meal deal doesn’t include the festive menu, breakfast missing items. All in all pretty poor.

My husband and I received a warm friendly welcome from Jane in reception. She explained breakfast times and told us there is someone there 24/7 should we need anything. We stayed 2 nights and she was always there with a smile. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We both slept well. Will stay again next year.

We found the staff to be incredibly friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very clean. Easy to get to being just off the M1. Places to eat and drink nearby. Everything you expect from a premier inn break. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located, and easy to find. The room facilities were adequate for our needs, including tea and coffee making. The USB ports by the bedside table were especially useful.

Greeted by very friendly and hard working receptionist. Room basic but clean. Comfy bed. Great shower. We drank in pub next door where a very friendly barman served us. Great value. Would stay again. Dropping daughter at Leeds uni and this was £60 compared to £170 in Leeds!!

I've stayed at Premier Inns lots of time. They are above average, but this time there were a couple of minor niggles. Nevertheles, I would definitely choose Premier Inn again

Was greeted at reception by Jack. He was fantastic very polite and happy made us feel very welcomed. He was only 19 but a credit to the Premier inn. He was full of information and was very personable. Will defenitly go back a great hotel to stay at when we regularly visit wakefield.
