I’m feral good location and clean rooms. Downside was the hot water worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. The good part was that it was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Most of the staff were friendly but the mangers daughter who sometimes works the front desk has a really bad attitude with horrible customer service.

It looks the same from the outside but that's about it. We were not greeted as Silver Elite members. Our room (423) had not been give any inspection prior to making availble for occupancy. The kitchen doors were falling off the hinges, there was no coffee or creamer or cups available. There was no soap at the bathroom sink and there was only shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Oh, the hot tub is permanently closed. On the positive side, the breakfast was pretty good.

My stay was less than average. The fire alarms went off two days in a row with no warning but we received notice of them testing fire alarms after the fact. The phones were down and we were unable to contact the front desk. The only elevator went down which is not ideal when you’ve booked a handicap room and they put you on the 4th floor. The stairwell smells like someone’s diaper. We requested a 2 hr late check out and the day of, was questioned why we were still in the room as of 12:45. Without any of that happening, the hotel room was adequate.
