My room was not available when i got there and both phone numbers didnt exist in her computer. I got there at 730 and she said cleaning people got there at 830 and i would have a room after driving all night i had a special event at noon so thevroom wasnt ready till 1030 , i rushed in took a shower and had to leave. After the event i came back and slept about 2 hiurs thennleft and drove home. It was a huge mix up but i called 1800 number and they found it but she was busy with other people so i had tonsit. There and wait. I cant believe her computer couldnt find me and i was a little miffed atvher callous demeanor, after all i had paid for the room already and i lost that money because the new booking with my points was free. So im out 200$ that doesnt make for a very good stay.

I am not rating the hotel, but I am rating Experian.👌They are a horrible platform to book a hotel on.If you book your hotel , please do not use Expedia.They took my money and never contacted the hotel ti accommodate me

Hotel advertised a bar and evening dining which was unavailable during our stay. We checked online to make sure what services were available and were disappointed not having a bar to meet friends. We were in town for a funeral and unfamiliar with the area which is why we chose this hotel.
