The staff are an absolute credit.
Welcoming helpful and informative.
On site restaurant food served promptly and hot.
Hotel itself is slightly tired but do not let this deter you as the rooms have very comfy beds and pillows, great shower loads of piping hot water with complementary toiletries, bottled waters coffee teas galore, extra heater if required, hairdryer, iron and board, the list of extras are endless.
The staff simply can not do enough for you and work to ensure your absolute comfort.
We are looking forward to staying again soon thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Welcome was very good.room large and well maintained.needs curtains as blind let light in .shower was low pressure but hot enough .loud music from pub but only till midnight.good location.bed comfortable.

It was far better than expectations. On a no through road so it was quiet.Free car parking nearby and only 10 minutes walk from New Brighton Railway station.
Staff were really welcoming and helpful.
Great food reasonably priced.
