Lovely welcome from Dave, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean, tidy and well equipped as were the rooms. Had a great view over Liverpool. Breakfast was plentiful to set you up for the rest of the day. It was in a perfect location (2 minute walk) to just pop on the ferry over to Liverpool. I would definitely stay here again.

Cheryl, Dave and Collette made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfasts were amazing - thanks Dave! - and Cheryl was so kind and even offered to do some ironing for us. The Liver View Hotel is exceptional value for money and ideally located as a base to travel on the Mersey ferry to Liverpool, which is only a couple of minutes walk away. I cannot recommend the Liver View Hotel highly enough. Thank you again to Collette, Dave and Cheryl for a fantastic stay.

Great location for the ferry. Very comfortable and cosy room, nice and clean decor. Our host Dave was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Metro card gives you the choice to travel by ferry, train or bus. Will have to come again. Didn’t realise there was so much to see and do. Beetles tour was excellent and the hop on hop off city tour. Need quite a lot of time to see all the museums.

We stayed here for convience to the ferry Great experience from the moment we arrived it was obvious that it was a very high standard as the room was spotless and the furniture and fittings were a very high standard but above all was the warm welcome After a great night's sleep we had a brilliant breakfast A great little place and at a great price

A gem of a hotel. Staff are so friendly. Superb room with two windows giving views of the Liver building and the Liverpool sky line. Room has two armchairs which certain chain hotels could do with copying. Breakfast was totally served and a good full English appeared. Came for a wedding and forgot my tie. The owner lent me one of his!

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Liverpool. What a great place. Ideal for exploring the city yet in a lovely part of Wallasey on the Wirral. Rooms spacious, clean, comfortable, large, very nice large ensuite, lovely breakfast cooked by the owner Dave who was a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We booked our stay at The Liver View Hotel for when we went to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at Anfield, and we were delighted to say the least. The bed was super comfy, our bright airy room was spotlessly clean, a fantastic breakfast and really welcoming hosts. A cosy family-run B&B, the Liver View is only a short walk away from the Mersey Ferry terminal and bus stops, making getting over the river to Liverpool City Centre easy and accessible. We would definitely stay again.

Great little budget friendly hotel near to the city centre. We stayed there as we seeing The Swift at Anfield. About 20 mins in a taxi to Anfield. Brilliantly helpful staff who were more than happy to offer advice and assistance in travel arrangements. and the best bit of all.... The Breakfast was superb. Will definitely stay again if /when visiting the City.

From welcome to farewell the Liver View did not disappoint in any way. Run by a very hard working and dedicated family who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is first class in every way. The quality and presentation of food is excellent. Bedroom, bedding, soft towels, Bathroom and shower were all top quality. The breakfast was of exceptional quality, top quality ingredients cooked and served to a very high standard. The dedicated hard working family who run this exceptional hotel deserve continued success in their business. Many thanks for an amazing stay.
