Inflation has caused the dollar to depreciate. A hotel that originally cost 100 US dollars is now 200 to 300 US dollars. The overall situation is generally very poor. The weekly hotel experience is simply incomparable with that of Asia. There is no executive lounge and no membership service. I would never stay in a hotel like this if I had to.

Well located, staff was really great. Had a small issue with room refrigerator and it was fixed immediately. Nice atmosphere in lobby and bar/restaurant. We forgot to bring workout clothes so didn't take advantage of the Bay Club. We won't make that mistake next time! Will definitely stay here again.

Always enjoy our stay at the Renaissance WC! We have stayed there many times and really enjoy it's rooms, location and access to the Bay Club. Overall the property is very well maintained but is showing a little wear. Rooms are generally quiet. Love the location nearby trails, shops and downtown WC. Only recommendation - please add safes to the rooms!

We ordered a handicap room for my wife but no grab bars around toilet. No one was at the checkin counter on arrival - had to go hunt for them. Asked for bell service for luggage because I had to help wife in wheel chair - not available. This will be our first & last time here.

Mostly a very nice place with comfy beds, a good restaurant and more exercise machines than I've ever seen in one place. One slight drawback is that there is no business center. Another is that I like three pillows and they provide two unless you ask for another one. Overall, it's clean and comfortable.

This is a hotel located in a quiet area near the freeway, with an excellent sports club. The check in service is efficient and polite, even after hours. The rooms are clean and spacious, soft mattresses and good coffee. The breakfast service (buffet or a la carte) is very slow and offer poor variety. The restaurant has an inefficient distribution of the food which makes service complicated for the employees and inconvenient for the customers. The Staff needs training and better customer service initiatives. They are understaff in a point that affects the restaurant flow.
