We checked in quickly and efficiently. It was free parking in the carpark but needed to input your car registration into the screen upon checking in. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was included but food was nothing special.

Due to a family member unwell is hospital, we needed to book accommodation nearby. Booked through TRIP but due to my mistake I booked the wrong date.immediately realising my error I contacted the hotel and the reception were accommodating and rebooked the room for the correct date. When we arrived we were made very welcome and after a few formalities were given our room keys. Despite a large coach party at breakfast time, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent with good choices always stocked.

Had a short stay at this hotel, the location was spot on straight off the M6, so we didn't have to drive around the town, Parking was easy and plenty off food options around. The staff was really helpful & the rooms were nice and clean.

Decent holiday to get you decent night sleep. I asked for dental kit which they ran out of. The festive season resulted in rooms not being cleaned but a bag with new towels, toilet roll and tea/coffee sachets put outside the room door.

The hotel is very clean and well organised, the bedroom is an amazing comfortable bed to sleep on. Honestly, I enjoyed my stay there. I love their staff customer approach very polite.

Hotel rooms need a more through clean. Carpets need steam cleaning

Excellent location. Staff could not be more helpful.Nice clean room and breakfast was very good. We will certainly stay again easy to find straight off the M6.

Staff were lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a room facing the M6, so there was quite a lot of noise from the road, which isn't ideal but to be expected based on the location. If I stay again, when I'm in the area, I will probably request a room on the other side of the hotel. The room was missing it's phone, so when I needed to call down to reception I had to call the Holiday Inn customer service line off my mobile, which was a pain but other than that no complaints.

We had booked two rooms to stop overnight after a wedding. The rooms were clean, well proportioned and lovely and cool, as it was over 30 degrees. This was very welcome arriving back to a cool room after the night. Breakfast was simple but plenty to eat and was perfect.

Basic breakfast nothing fancy unlike other IHG hotels I've stayed in but still provided a nice variety. Night time menu was terrible and only option was to order in and eat in room as we were not permitted to eat in the lobby/cafe area even although we were part of a group. Keycards repeatedly refused to work and had to get staff to give me entry to my room.

The hotel was very noisy on Saturday night people banging doors etc. air conditioner also running very loud in room 127 we actually got up at 4.40 and drove home so we could get a good sleep. We stay previous night in room130 and had a good nights rest although the breakfast needed to be kept warmer as it was only 8.00 when we went for it.
