Spacious room and friendly services, bathroom shower gel, shampoo and conditioner good quality.

The room is relatively clean and hygienic. Close to the highway but very quiet. Breakfast is relatively rich. Front desk service has poor communication awareness.

I acknowledge that my room was next to the elevator. That said, it was hard to sleep with the noise of other guest slamming door sounds frequently. There was also a lound humming sound in the hotel room not related to the AC.
If you have difficulty sleeping in loud environments this problably won't be the best place.

We stayed here a year ago and didn't realize what a great Hilton stay this was until now! Clean hotel, nice location outside of Boston city. Made a great place as a home base to visit Salem, Boston, and Plymouth because self-parking was easy and plenty, breakfast was good, and nearby restaurants were great for a family trip.
