Kudos to Sam, the desk manager. I arrived very late that evening and he found all the options available for a late dinner, when all the restaurants are usually closed. He has been a tremendous support: his attention to me definitely reinforced the image I could have of the hotel and the Best Western brand. By the way the swimming pool and the pancake machine are pretty cool.

Last night my room was a bit better the front desk worker is wonderful man my room the night before an last night plugs don't work lights broken also not a good place in some room but the hallway when u walk in is beautiful

Terrible there were cockroaches in the bed and the receptionist was very rude I had to leave a day before my check out date

The overall is not bad, the room has two free bottles of water, a microwave, a hair dryer, and an iron. It was early in the morning when we arrived, and the check-in was relatively smooth. The breakfast was not bad, pure Western style, various iced juice drinks, free coffee and hot chocolate, and I found out after drinking cold water, haha.

The experience of this hotel is very bad. They do not clean the room during my stay. If cleaning is needed, you need to make an appointment one day in advance, otherwise cleaning service will not be provided. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the shower curtain smelled like sweat, and the shower faucet was too tight for women to pull out. It was very difficult to use. To change towels, you must go to the front desk to get them. There is no paper or pen in the room, and the air conditioner is very noisy.

The service at the front desk is friendly, the hotel is strategically located, just next to the expressway, and there is a large parking lot. The room we booked has a balcony, and the nearby floors are not high outside, and we can enjoy the sunset view. The airtight sound insulation effect is good, and it is not affected by the sound of traffic. There is a swimming pool, suitable for children to play in the water; there is breakfast, mainly cold meals, which are relatively simple; there is a gym, which children like. There is an American restaurant on the first floor, which tastes good and has a large amount of food. Small downside is a little bit of old smell in the hallway, maybe because of the age of the facilities, it's acceptable.

My room was clean, comfortable, and large. I liked the breakfast area and options, as well as the coffee machines. The pool area was also nice. It was sunny and a warm, quiet spot to relax. The location is a little far from downtown Boston, but if you don’t mind a drive it’s a good spot to stay.

Uncomfortable beds, stained walls, rugs & curtains. No hot water in bathroom, broken shower/tub appliances, visible damage to doors. Main door did not close fully, leaving a gap towards the upper half.

Great stay. Pool & breakfast were added perks that we took advantage of. Everyone was super friendly! Will book again when visiting family!
