My fiancé, pup, and I had an amazing time at the Westin. We were greeted and taken care of very seamlessly. Their accommodation to allowing dogs made our stay so much less stressful. The hotel was very quiet, rooms are a great size. We were able to fit a large crate in the room with no issues. We will stay here again next time we need a hotel in the area!

Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.

The room was cleaned well, the front desk staff was unenthusiastic, breakfast was edible.

It was a paid parking lot, but they didn't charge a parking fee because the facility was under maintenance. I thought it included breakfast for 2 and that the kids would eat for free, but there was an age limit, so I had to check. The restaurant waitress gave me a coupon so the kids could eat for free. The breakfast was excellent, but the downside was that it was very expensive.
