自駕的話非常方便，酒店很新客房很大，標間大概20-25平，攜程平台上的描述有誤，估計管OTA的人也沒啥經驗，房間狀況很好除了燈光有一點點昏暗，位置離縣城中心大概3公里吃飯不太方便，其他都不錯。替於老闆算了算賬，物業自持，裝修單房造價6-7萬，年出租率應該不會高於50%，RevPar也就50塊—60塊錢。42房間造價雖然不高，因為位置和運營原因賣不上價格，5年內**有困難

The room was clean and tidy and the price was right. The automatic curtains are very nice and make sleeping very quiet at night. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The only drawback is that it is on the edge of the city circle. If you come by car, there will be no problem at all.
