我訂的是雙床房，難得床很大，房間也大，設施齊全，就是服務質量不高，回程時車在酒店停車場時被別家車斜停在出口處堵住出不來，挪不了車就走不了，去找前台問車主電話，前台告知不知道也沒辦法，讓去打110，還推脱説自己今天才接的班不知道是什麼情況，從此處可看出服務的不用心，每個客人入住時多留心問一下停車的留個車牌號和電話，就不會出現上述情況，自家停車場是個什麼情況自己最清楚，這個情況不是第一次出現，不改進的話也不可能是最後一次出現，動不動就找110，自己不用心還總把責任外推，浪費公共資源，不好的！結果我們沒有電話衹能硬挪車，車左側也蹭花了，本可以早點回程結果硬是耽誤了1個小時，唉！！讓人心情很不好！

房間確實差：地毯就像是沒掃過，馬桶又破又松，都不敢坐上面，生怕坐壞了賠不起，總之衞生就是不行

房間到處都是蜘蛛網，窗户都關不上，沒有紗窗，衞生紙都發黴了，沒有地方停車，關鍵服務態度很差
