Our stay at Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula Resort was truly remarkable! The resort is beautifully located, with stunning beachfront views, great facilities, and a serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a luxurious stay. We would like to give special recognition to 小吴, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with a smile. Whether it was offering recommendations, helping with our needs, or just making sure we felt at home, 小吴 made our experience even more enjoyable. His dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay really stood out and made a lasting impression. The hotel environment is good, it is convenient to go out for food, and you can also ride a pink tricycle.

Arrived a day after Yagi .. hotel was open though still cleaning up after high tide left beach sand in pool. Otherwise all good - staff courteous and very helpful. Restaurants were not all operating during time but breakfast was fantastic. Nearby township many place to eat and wander along the beach. Locally some good attractions. The only negative - you go to a private hotel wirh beachfront access and prohibited from swimming in sea. Get some lifeguards ..set up properly even in selected morning and afternoon time .. the pool was good, but I went to the beach to swim in the sea! The local Sunset bar was nice to also enjoy in the warm evening. Would consider again or at least a Sheraton Resort again sometime.

Service was excellent in the hotel. I lost my mobile on my way to the hotel. The hotel manager was kind enough to call the taxi driver to locate and made sure it was returned promptly .

My room got upgraded and comes with a butler service. The view was so great and the private beach was so clean. The swimming pool is large but only opens at 9am which is a bit hot already. I will definitely revisit the hotel again if I had a chance in future.

As first-time visitors to Wanning, we weren’t really sure which area would be the best for staying. However, we were pleasantly surprised by this location along the Shenzhou Peninsula. The surrounding area is quite nice, with a rocky shoreline not far away and a great beach area behind the hotel. Check-In went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Shoutout to Paul Tang 唐亚超 for the excellent service. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a great balcony view of the garden and ocean. The buffet breakfast was great as well, with a variety of different cuisine options available. We especially enjoyed that they offered fresh fruit juice instead of the beverage type. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again the next time we are in Wanning!

The hotel is very nice and at one of the most beautiful and calm beaches in Hainan. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing to improve is the time it takes to prepare the food if you order during lunch time.

Location is great, directly at the beach. The hotel tries to satisfy any possible need for extra money. You can book surfing courses - otherwise swimming in the sea is forbidden for unknown reasons - rent quads or fly with a small tourist helicopter. Needless to mention the noise level you have to expect at the beach. Relaxing is not easy, as there’s also loud music from the beach bar all day plus a merry-go-round for children. Dinners are accompanied by even louder live band. Dinner is overpriced and quality low. Same in the neighbor hotel “Four Points by Sheraton”, which additionally has extremely poor service. We also had a construction site under our window and experienced low flexibility of the hotel management. One very positive thing to mention is the breakfast and the service personnel in the main restaurant. Bring everything you need, because there’s nothing nearby to buy daily needs. Also, the next external restaurant is really far.

Great facilities and suitable for family and golfers. Located very close to The Dunes golf course.

Damon was fabulous. He took care of us and we had everything we needed after a long day of biking. He made sure everything was in order and helped us with food and everything! So amazing! Cannot wait to stay there again! Thank you!

Great hotel! The service was fantastic and staff were extremely helpful. Especially Cora and the duty manage Damon, who were there to answer all our questions and help us during our stay.

The experience of staying in this hotel is really great! Once we arrived at the hotel, we didn't need to carry any luggage by ourselves. There was an exclusive guest butler Xiao Wu who provided us with all the relevant facilities, rights, etc. of the hotel, and took us to the room - because the hotel is super big; the room space is super large and very comfortable, the bed 🛏 is a big bed, and the balcony faces the sea. Lying in the hammock and listening to the sound of the waves is very good! The environment of the breakfast place is beautiful, and it also faces the sea! The breakfast is very rich! All kinds of flavors are available! After the meal, you can play in the water along the beach, but it's a pity that it rained after a while when I went there! Xiao Wu made an appointment for us to send a free car to Wangfujing. Even the security guard at the door was very considerate to prepare mineral water and ask if there is any need at any time! This is the best hotel with first-class service in my trip to Hainan, especially recommended! This is a kind of culture, which is permeated with the service concept of considering customers from beginning to end! It can't be done simply! It requires a foundation in corporate management!
