Thank you for the two-day service provided by VENTURE housekeeper. Many projects have been upgraded and I have checked in several times. I am very satisfied with the jalapeno cheese balls at the hotel's Horizon Restaurant.

In September 2024, Typhoon ”Capricorn” was in full swing. Workers traveled with their families. Although the typhoon had just passed, Haikou Airport had already stopped operating, and the high-speed rail was also suspended. The unwilling workers had no choice but to transfer to Sanya for two days, and finally arrived at the Westin Wanning. Working is not easy, and traveling is also difficult. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper Fu Tingting helped me upgrade the room. Thank you very much, which made my miserable state much better. The quick response to the pre-employment contact and after check-in was very good. The children's supplies were prepared in advance. Tang Chunyu at the front desk checked in quickly, and the children were given small gifts when they checked in, and the children were very happy. The front desk service was enthusiastic. The breakfast was good, soup noodles, and we stayed for 3 nights, and every day was different. There were also foreign beauties and handsome guys patrolling the restaurant for the children, opening the children's happy every day. The children's activities are different every day, and the activities are rich. Disadvantages: The environment was only given 4 points because of the beautiful beach. The beach in front of the sign was black, which was left by the big-foot all-terrain vehicle next to it, which was too detrimental to the scenery. Overall, the hotel is still okay.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Amazing stay, definitely recommended. The hotel is clean and the balcony is sweet with lake view. I had a lil injury when i surfed so i hardly walked, The staff were amazing, from front desk Ben Huang, Megan Yan, The doorman Mark Ma, been helping on different requests, the staff from restaurant, the house ladies (i don't know their name) showed lot of cares and helps.

As first-time visitors to Wanning, we weren’t really sure which area would be the best for staying. However, we were pleasantly surprised by this location along the Shenzhou Peninsula. The surrounding area is quite nice, with a rocky shoreline not far away and a great beach area behind the hotel. Check-In went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Shoutout to Paul Tang 唐亚超 for the excellent service. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a great balcony view of the garden and ocean. The buffet breakfast was great as well, with a variety of different cuisine options available. We especially enjoyed that they offered fresh fruit juice instead of the beverage type. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again the next time we are in Wanning!

來萬寧玩前兩天選擇了這家酒店我真的以後來萬寧衹想選這家酒店了服務實在太好了[愛心] 用一句話形容就是酒香不怕巷子深，雖然是在小區內但是！入住了就絕不後悔！值得的！ 性價比: 非常高如果説可以打100顆星那絕對打100啊 雙早➕下午茶➕晚餐➕火車站接送機➕酒店內所有暢玩➕每天一次十公里景點接送 等等。。 服務: 大大小小酒店也住過不少了，這是我住的最滿意的一次，所有酒店工作人員服務意識都超強哦，微信加的管家微信有什麼問題都是秒回的，以下幾個點讓我們一家都覺得很滿意: 1.剛進酒店就感受到了熱情，辦入住也無需等待坐在沙發上休息一會就好了，前台主動幫我們升級了房間。 2.進入酒店就看到電視上有歡迎入住字幕， 3.海邊回來進酒店前台就送上了浴巾，因為酒店空調比較足，海邊玩水回來身上濕太需要毛巾氣着了。 4.孩子有些發燒前台立馬拿了體温計並告知如果需要去醫院他們會及時備車，而且會時不時關心小朋友身體情況。 5.每天去哪微信和管家説一聲馬上備車隨時出發 6.上下電梯我發現大多數時間前台都會提前站在電梯口準備迎接我們關電梯也會微笑鞠躬，這種服務意識也太太太強了吧。 7.主動打掃房間，上午出去玩下午回來房間已經打掃乾淨物品全部擺放整齊，衣服也幫我們疊好放好，太省心了。 8.買的外賣什麼的酒店都會幫我們送上來，第二天早飯吃什麼，下午茶几點吃，晚餐選擇哪個套餐都會提前主動安排預訂好。 9.海釣釣回來的小魚廚房可以給我們免費加工，而且味道很不錯。 10.今天就要退房了，説實話是捨不得的，管家微信説如果有需要可以延遲退房，真的感覺有被重視到哦。 我特別注重這種細節主動就把所有事情都安排好了，不用我開口去問，好幾次我微信編輯問題準備發送給管家，發現已經主動的發給我了，這次住宿真的非常滿意，都後悔衹訂了2天。 希望大家看到我的評論可以選擇入住這家酒店，設施那麼好，服務那麼棒不應該就這麼點入住率！

We chose the parent-child suite here for this family trip. The facilities, hygiene, environment and services are very good. What the children like most is the children's bunk bed. The hotel also thoughtfully placed children's soft floor mats, children's toothbrushes and There are children's slippers, there is a children's playground indoors to catch claw machines, and outside you can soak in hot springs, swim and play in the water.
