Car Parking was very tight and because parking bays were poorly marked Cars were parked in such a way that not all bays could be parked in.

Room was clean and comfortable but beware: There is a very cute cat which will enter your room and make you pet it all night.

No drinking water inside room. No bar as advertised. It was booked as suites but very poor condition of room. Air one was not enough to cool-down room as less capacity so we were sweating lot. Tv was in front of queen bed very low direction set on table. One can hardly watch while lay down on bed. Floor carpet was at least 10 years old never been replaced or renew u can smell & dusty. On reception guy stated mini bar in the room but l he was lied. When I asked reception for drinking water they replied you have to buy ur selfie not provided. Spa was not enough spacious for 2 people. Sliding cupboards was broken sliding door not opened at all. This is not suites it’s messy room. I would never 👎 visit again at all. I have been alocated suites room no 50.

Have good baths here and beds but have many broken things in apartment

No service. Spider webs, rust. It's just a horse and carriage inn. If it's called a motel, it's nothing. People have a psychological expectation. But it's called an international hotel... plus the price and location... it's not worth it!!! Suggestion: Ctrip should not deceive customers!!! It is what it is. I rented two rooms this time. If it wasn't for the non-refundable (I paid in China), I would have changed places at that time. This experience is extremely bad!!!

The boss was very nice. The Chinese helped us carry our luggage up and down, and even drove us to the Chinese restaurant. All in all, it was good.

The room is old, the refrigerator can't freeze ice cream, the sheets are also old, not very clean

The transportation near the hotel is convenient, and the food is convenient!
