Mulberry Bed & Breakfast

The setting is in a circa 1847 home with lovely period features and furnishings. If you are looking for a sterile and boring motel setting, look elsewhere. Mulberry House is aesthetically pleasing and Fran, the hostess, really makes her guests feel special, comfortable, and at home. A most enjoyable stay!!

I enjoyed a pleasant weekend @ this wonderful B&B. The owner Fran is a gracious host. She prepared a delicious, fresh made breakfast each morning! She provides a very comfortable homey experience. Thank you Fran!

If you want a stay in an old house with fireplace and wide-plank floors this is for you! The host is nice and is able to give info. on local history.

We were wanting to spend 4 days at Cape Cod and for those doing so you know that the place can be expensive to stay in even for low end accommodation. My wife and I decided to stay on the border of the cape and chose the Mulberry as the base of operations. This is an old house but full of charm with Fran being a very generous and enthusiastic host. The room we were allocated was a shared bathroom but this was never really a problem as there are only the 3 rooms and there was never any issue. The rooms are eclectic in the decoration but very comfortable and that makes them all the more interesting to stay in. Although we are not big breakfast people Fran was always there cooking and preparing breakfast and it also gave us a great chance to chat to the other guests which made our stay even more enjoyable. I am not sure if we will be back in this direction again but if we are we would have no hesitation staying at the Mulberry B&B.

Fran was an amazing host who made us feel right at home. We would without a doubt stay here again next time we are in the area!

It was a very nice experience staying in a historic building. It was unique. Everything was great. Also had a resident cat.

It was my first time staying at a B&B, and I don't think I like the experience (having to socialize and share a bathroom, no A/C, etc.) The propriatress was nice though, if a bit chatty, and the house was cute.

This was JUST like staying over at Grandma’s house! The decor, the welcome, and the breakfast. It was a treat to visit with other guests around the table every morning. A fun experience! There is a cat - which I didn’t realize - but my allergies weren’t too bad with Zyrtec. It’s not the most comfortable bed, but again, neither was grandma’s. The atmosphere and welcome make the other things comfortable enough. I hope we get to return ☺️
