We were five nights here and we liked it very well. Rooms are bright, clean and modern furnished. Beds are adjustable and shower has several settings. Breakfast was very tasty and it was something for everyone, whether hearty or sweet, yoghurt musli or bread. Orange juice could be pressed itself and other juices were ready. Tea selection was very large and coffee was also available. The only small criticism point: The service force at breakfast (slim, blond, a little older) has made differences between guests. Bsp: Some people have pressed the juice to the table, others should press it themselves and so on. Therefore it exercises a point deduction. Conclude: Hotel is super and recommendable. We're happy to come back.

Very modern, stylish hostel. We also liked it as Ü50 there. We were a little surprised about the narrow rooms, but containers are now cut as well ...... All was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and the shower were perfect. Our bicycles were able to easily fit in a ride area. The location is very good. Only about 700 meters to the old town and directly at the train station. The only negative point is the price. A hostel that, indeed, mainly responds to younger people with smaller cash bag takes the 128 euros without breakfast per night is too expensive.

We travelled for Easter 2022. We chose Aja Warnemünde because we had visited Aja Bad Sarow once and were satisfied. We paid a total of 1200 euros for 3 nights for 3 people with half-pension. Then the disappointment came on the first day of the trip. In the spa area we should share a bed to third, because there were not enough beds. Ground - many external visitors that were identified on the bracelets and so the beds were not enough for the hotel guests. The next disappointment came to the evening - the most beautiful tables with sea view in the restaurant were already “reserved” for the entire stay. Eating is OK, but nothing special. Tomates were of the cheapest - without taste. We wanted to go to bed tired when we realized that the bed linen was everywhere with holes. After our request next day, the bed linen was changed. But this is not possible - not for the price of EUR 1200. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre. This should happen with us on Sunday - but it is not!! We only got toilet paper and towels according to my request, although the room should actually be sucked because the sand of the floor was already dirty. A lady then wanted to clean the room just Monday before check out - there was no coordination between reception and cleaning. If we weren't in the room, the lady would have cleaned the room twice.... before checkout and after. So overall disappointing. Concluded: The young lady at the pool bar was very nice. There were offers of osters for the children. The massage in the Niveahaus by the staff member Elizabeth was very pleasant.

We needed a night accommodation for 1 night. The hotel was perfect. It works all new and modern. Our room had a double bed and a double bed. The cleanliness was innocent. The mattresses were not yet passed through. The breakfast buffet was small, but for 7.50€ incl. drinks, unsatisfactory, cheap. S-track and tram are in the immediate vicinity. Point deduction is available for too few parking and little rooms at breakfast. There can be time to wait for shots. All in all a very good price-performance ratio and very recommend!

The hotel has a great location in the center and port. The service was GREAT. Very friendly staff, since we were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), an extra bed was missing, which we did immediately after information. There was plenty of space in the room and everything was clean. The bathroom was large and a nice shower. There was a kettle with tea, coffee to make yourself. In the lobby there is water, apples and sweets to take away. The roof terrace on the 10th floor or higher was open to everyone and has loungers for sunbathing and a GREAT view of the harbor and city. We were all very happy.

A simple functional equipment. Unfortunately, a large group did not allow breakfast in the first two days. Although there are many nice and good cafés in Rostock, the search became more difficult than expected. There was a lot of booking in the morning. From the 3rd day we had breakfast in the hotel, which was much more relaxed. All we needed was available. There was even sheep and mandel milk, so I was “saved”, as I can't eat everything and I depend on corn flakes with fruit. The staff was super friendly and pre-existent. It was nicely clean everywhere.

We visited Rostock for the first time my wife and I. We stayed at Vienna House Sonne for 11 days. On our arrival, we met with Sonja who made us feel at home.. She met us every morning to see if all was perfect.. Indeed, everything was perfect.. the staff was always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is wonderful and very well situated in the heart of Neuw Markt..! All shops and city life at a walking distance. Trams to different part of Rostock were available and the station is at 30secs walk from the hotel. Thank you Sonja H and your staff for making our stay in Rostock memorable…! ❤️❤️ Vielen Dank 🙏

Wir hielten auf der Durchreise für ein Mittagessen an. Als Tagesgericht wurde Eisbein angeboten. Wir entschieden uns beide dafür und schwelgten anschließend. Ausgezeichnet! Das Erbspüree wurde selbstgemacht und mit Zwiebeln und kleinen Speckwürfeln verfeinert. Das Sauerkraut war nicht zu sauer und die Kartoffeln wohl dosiert. Klasse! Wir wurden lange nicht so gut bewirtet und so freudlich bedient. Der Service war aufmerksam, zügig und gut gelaunt. Vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem Haus zu Gast sein durften. Wir waren keine Hotelgäste und können deshalb diesen Service nicht einschätzen.

Spent three nights here, two rooms. The hotel is located very conveniently by the beach, with private parking (bit pricey at 13 Euro/day). The rooms are well appointed and spacious. We also had the room Schwalbennest, which, at the same price as a regular room, could use some more care (very dirty roof windows, not as nicely decorated). Breakfast buffet was excellent, many choices and very friendly staff. Drinks at the bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were very good.
