The room was clean, the staff was friendly, there was a separate room, so my husband could get up and have his coffee and not wake me up. There was a coffee pot in the room. It was perfect for a quick stay. I would definitely recommend. I would return for sure. Breakfast buffet was fine with lots of fresh fruit!!!

We needed a new room because our bed wasn’t comfortable. Three staff members worked hard to get us a new room that meet the expectations that we needed. Hyatt continues to live up to its solid reputation.

We have visited several Hyatt's. This one is out favorite so far! Love the 2 bedroom suites. The breakfast is amazing! Jamie cooks the same thing as other Hyatt's but he cooks them better somehow.

We enjoyed lot at hotel. Mr. Jamie and Lana gave us excellent services.I appreciate. Ambience was very nice. Room were very good. Thanks for your cooperation. All people were cooperative. Next time also I will come with my family to stay in this hotel.

Nice for extended stay. Other than that...the place needs an overhaul. Rooms had water damage, stained carpeting, etc. The beds/pillows were comfortable. All appliances worked. Poor communication between staff and cleaners.

We have stayed here several times over the past few years when visiting Naperville. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. the same manager has been there since we began staying there. Breakfast selection was better than previous visits. Some reviews have mentioned needing updating and carpeting in hallways worn. However, the rooms and bathrooms have always been very clean. A great value for the price.
