Premier Inn Warrington (A49/M62,J9)

Not a good hotel

I enjoyed my stay it was my wife school reunion my wife use to live in Warrington my wife went to school in Warrington.

If you want to stay somewhere for the polite staff with a warm welcome, don't stay here. The receptionist needs to go to a different charm school or ask for a refund. No pleasantries at all, but saying that, she was rushed off her feet, as a large man was sitting behind her, slouched in a chair on his phone! The room was the same as any other Premier Inn and the bed was comfortable, but the extractor fan in the bathroom was like a siren going off and it wouldnt stop for 30 minutes after a shower. You could hear the fans of other rooms though out the whole building. Tried to phone them to book a table for the evening as our plans has changed, but no one answered, turned up for food, I get "Have you booked!!!" Then they shoved us in the bar to eat with a load of football goes watching a game, with their kids running around our table! One star for the bed and another for the tasty food. Other than that, I wouldn't bother.

We have stayed in this Premier Inn more than 10 times when we are visiting from our home in Cyprus. The location near the motorway is ideal for getting about. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, large with a comfortable king size bed with even a choice of pillows! The bathroom has a full size bath and rain shower. A bar/restaurant is just next door for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend

Stayed for 2 nights at this premier inn. Joshua couldn’t have been more helpful arranging an early check in following an overnight flight back from Florida when all we wanted was a bed. All of the team were friendly and helpful but the biggest shout out to Joshua. Would recommend this premier inn and would stay again

Arrived only to be asked to change room, we agreed to and our biggest mistake.Only sounded like riverdance was going on above.Eventually at 1am went down to reception to complain only to be told not to swear because I was cranky from no sleep.Was going to complain in the morning but the receptionist was with Lord Lucan so I gave up.Will be sourcing a new hotel in future hopefully Flately won't be there.

The room is much larger then I expected, especially the bathroom, very big and clean. The staffs are nice and friendly. Only problem is the free wifi could be faster.

The staff are amazing and so friendly and that’s why I’m giving this place 5 stars. Yes room was usual and clean but the reception staff is what makes this hotel. Sure the outside could do with 500 litres of patio magic and a couple hundred quid on some landscaping by the front door but hey ho.

The first thing I liked about here was the staff as they are exceptional in here it is lovely and I have no complaints about it the breakfast is amazing
