Poor service. No selection in the room service. Lack of initiative and support from staff.

Excellent location, and I personally got a room upgrade with a perfect view! The room wasn’t the cleanest, some stains on the chairs and so, but overall clean room that needed update. Shower and sink were quite bad as water came out very slowly and both needed update, but the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

Good surrounding environment, most attractions in the old town can be reached on foot

The decoration of the hotel is relatively new, the design is reasonable, clean and tidy. The breakfast is exquisite.

A beautifully designed hotel in a great location. The room has everything you need. Near the hotel there is a public transport stop and a metro station. Various shops are also within walking distance.

Nice room, very well maintained. Spacious shower. Breakfast buffet was very opulent, with sparkling wine and various egg dishes.

Very nice hotel with sound proof windows. Very quit inside my room. Breakfast was very good and spa/ sauna was great. The gym at this hotel is one of the best i been to ever. All in all a fantastic weekend.

We booked a one night stay at Radisson Collection as part of our longer trip around Europe. From the check in to check out experience, I am struggling to find a fault. The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to old town and short drive to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service was impeccable throughout. Children play area at breakfast a lovely touch with delicious foods to accompany this. We took advantage of the swimming pool which wasn’t busy at all also. Highly recommended.

The worse experience ever. Terrible customer service. I won't stay there anymore.

We had a wonderful stay, I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Warsaw. It was raining and we did not have an umbrella, the concierge made sure we had one before we left the hotel. Breakfast was a treat every morning!
