Super Hotel !

Luxury hotel with outstanding services. Something special!

Great hotel, decor, spa service 👌👌

Beautiful room but there were no USB ports or wall sockets to use for laptops and telephone chargets. Found available wall sockets near door and underneath the night stand near the room window. Very inconvenient.

It was great overall, but they need to hire more staff for the downstairs lounge. There were multiple times where there was no staff at the lounge/bar and no service for 20-30 mins in the evening

Its a good hotel and great service.. but the rooms are sound sensitive.. you can hear people walking in the hallway's...

Great place to stay, easy access to all surroundings with walking distance to good restaurants and grocery stores. The spa, the pool and the gym are 24/7 which adds lots of flexibility to city the city and still enjoy the hotel, the crew is very friendly and offered upgrade for long stays

Not only did I stay there about 20 times, and never received any special service, but this time I got downgraded.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are beautiful and great breakfast and nice pool and spa area (unfortunately the steam shower didn’t work this time). We love this hotel and we are coming again!

Unique style and beautiful rooms and facilities. Excellent central location lots of history

Very nice property in the center of Warsaw. The building was transformed into one of the nicest hotels while still preserving an authentic look and feel especially in the ground floor where the restaurant is located. I got a room upgrade and they put me in the room at 9 am due to my early arrival. Staff is great, room had a very nice view. Very comfortable stay!

We had a lovely couple of days in Warszawa. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable, the staff was very kind and service minded. Only two negative things to say: The main door to our hotel room had no noise cancelling so we could here everything through it which kept us awake a few times. We decided not to pre-pay for breakfast as we thought it was quite expensive, we had a look at the buffet and it was quite depressing so I’m happy with that decision. There was many amazing breakfast places close by for 1/4 of the price :) We will definitely choose this hotel for our next visit to Warszawa!

Such a beautiful property. However there’s a few strange things.. the first is that staff come into the room a lot, sometimes inappropriately. I was in the bathroom and someone came into my room and didn’t explain themselves. I guess I didn’t hear them knock because I was in the bathroom… it wasn’t a cleaner. As a female traveling solo, it was scary to have a strange man walk in and not immediately leave. When I said I am there, what are you doing, he said sorry, can I get you anything? I said what, no I’m in the bathroom get out! And he did. Also, they want to clean all the time. Like. There is a door hanger for asking to have the room serviced. They don’t care if it’s not there, they will clean anyways. The other issue is that the longest side of the building faces a nightclub that is ridiculously loud because they play the music outside. Past 11pm, I had to sleep and the music was still going. I had to ask to be moved to a different room on another side of the building. It’s a beautiful property and everyone is helpful. But like I said…a few very strange things.
