Overall had a really pleasant stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the staff were nice. Old Town Warsaw is also not too far away, and it’s such a lovely place to visit. Highly recommend eating Polish dumplings! My friend who is a lifelong Warsaw resident thought this stay was a bit overpriced, but it’s still far more reasonable than hotels in many other European cities. My only hiccup with this booking was the shuttle service: it was confusing to coordinate. Most complimentary airport shuttle services have shuttles going back and forth every hour or every 30 minutes, so I didn’t realize this hotel only has one shuttle and one driver, meaning you have to individually schedule your pickup in advance. It’s hard to predict what time you’ll be ready to go, as even if your flight lands on time, you still have to de-board the plane, go through customs/immigration, wait for your baggage at the carousel and find your way to the exit. My bags took a while to come, and then I got a little lost, and the driver almost left without me. It was quite stressful, so I’d recommend giving yourself plenty of time to get from your plane to the shuttle.

酒店確實有來回機場的穿梭巴士。需要到達機場之後英語跟前台聯繫，他們再派車過來。酒店房間舒適，有餐廳和酒吧。門口的7路和9路電車🚃直達市中心，很方便。

據説酒店門口就是公交和電車總站，但沒體驗過，不清楚如買票。酒店位置很好，在大主幹道上，就是有點小貴。

離公交站很近，到市區方便，酒店有免費機場接送，房間乾淨衞生，衹是面臨大馬路的房間會有點吵，其他都還可以。

Basic but ok hotel. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. Air conditioning didn’t work so it was too hot, lock on door was broken so we couldn’t double lock the door and mattress was saggy, very uncomfortable and needed replacement.

The property is near the airport and they provide shuttle services. There are buses available to go Warsaw city center. It meets our needs to catch early flights.

The counter person was exceptionally helpful in resolving an issue with my booking that was not the hotels fault.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located near the airport. The staff was very nice. I've arrived early, around noon, and was hoping to just drop off my luggage. But they were able to find me a clean room and check me in. It was very nice of them. Also, I asked for early morning, 5 a.m., shuttle to the airport, and it was ready and waiting for me the next morning. I highly recommend this if you need to stay near the airport.

It is good and gets the job done; be aware the pics posted are not the room we received. The room reminded me of an old Soviet 1970 room. Old wooden furniture and dusty drapes and all. However it is close to the airport and the staff was very helpful. Comfortable bed

friendly support from the staff, no hassle picking up and dropping off. Nice restaurant around. On busy street tramways to downtown, shopping near by. Variety of restaurants and food options available, Shopping centre.

Great hotel, good service, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the airport, public transport stops for the door. Excelent breakfast.
