I would recommend this property for a short stay.
All of the staff were very nice and helpful.
The accommodation is great, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice with high quality toiletries provided.
The leisure facilities are very good with a large pool and gym plus a steam room and sauna. Many of the people using the facilities were not staying in the hotel and it was quite busy at times.
There is a nice family friendly bar, which serves food, and there is a small restaurant. Food was excellent quality and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was also good quality and value.

Lovely rooms big and spacious. Big comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and spa facilities were great . Made it a lovely relaxing time. Not far from warwick shopping. If i had to be critical it was that i didnt think they had a nice comfy area for a drink in the evening . Needed somewhere were we could relax and have a drink . Apart from that was great

Lovely smart, clean and comfortable hotel. Only issue was that some regular hotel processes seemed to be difficult for them. Eg. How they deal with pre-authorisation for the room. Really clunky and inconvenient.
Also food in the restaurant was pretty mediocre. The atmosphere and decor in the bar and restaurant was quite corporate and didn’t lend itself to relaxation.
However room was lovely.
