Is fine

Easy to find and easy to park. On arrival we were immediately told that there was no restaurant facility that evening as they were short staffed. Nice room, air conditioning, bath with shower in it, bath very deep and high to step into it. Bed sheets (under the duvet) very creased. Short drive into town or to Warwick Castle where parking is available. Tried to book into the restaurant for the second night and was advised still unavailable. However, we were able to get a drink from the bar. Breakfast was buffet style.

We have stayed in quite a few Premier Inn over the years, all pleasant. However the staff at this one were excellent. We were greeted by Tracy when we arrived, and found her very helpful, advising us on places to visit, directions to places, anything we asked she had information on hand. Highly recommended.

A very well used facility which is showing its age and foot fall. Needs a re vamp, no USB charging in the rooms , this location needs modifying. If you are driving get here early the car part is full of vans. However the staff are fantastic, warm and very friendly and be prepared for automated check in dinner time do to stretched staff numbers. This would have had a POOR rating but the staff made up for the experience, the place is clean just dated! Very Dated.

Family of 4 stayed in a family room. Clean and enough space. The cooked breakfast was great, a big hit with all of us. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location as we visited Warwick Castle. Slight odour in the bathroom but not awful. I think I'm used to a softer bed and didn't sleep great, but the children did. Overall a great stay.

Our premier plus room was beautifully decorated and the coffee machine lovely. However, the smoke alarm made a loud clicking sound every 45 seconds all night!! At 2am there wasn’t much the staff could do and we had heard them telling others earlier that they were very short staffed and fully booked so we put socks over the alarm to try and muffle the sound. In the morning I went down to report it but staff were busy serving breakfast and on the 3rd attempt to report it I pressed the buzzer and eventually one of the cleaners went and got Jason (who was on his break ) and when I reported it all he said was that I should have reported it last night!! It was disappointing.

We all had a good night's sleep, mattresses are awesome 👌 Staff friendly and helpful although they did seem understaffed at night. The parking situation was horrendous! No where to park, had to take our chances at a private car park across the road. Car park lay out was crazy, we had to reverse out 3 times as there was no where to turn around. Room was clean but the mirror in the bathroom was filthy! Breakfast was good, a good selection but had to order scrambled egg as there was only fried on offer at the buffet. The restaurant decor is looking really tired and run down, could do with a make over. Staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. I'd be interested to know how to get upgraded to the premier plus rooms, especially as I have booked 5 times in the last year!

Pleasant hotel setting ,unexpected in a urban area. Lovely staff, polite and willing to help. Food was adequate for an evening meal good breakfast

Stayed here for an event that was happening nearby. Restaurant was very poor. I ate alone one night and it took over 45 minutes to be served a drink. I ordered dough balls and katsu curry, the dough balls were awful and tasted like stale bread, however the curry was nice. Breakfast the next morning was rubbish, hardly anything out. Couple of sausages and eggs that was about it. Paid for Premier Plus room and really couldn't see the difference in price. Had to ask reception to provide me code for higher speed broadband.
